Who we are

What we collect, and when

• When you use our contact or audit form: your name, and any of the following you choose to provide — company, email address, phone number, website, the service you are interested in, an indicative budget, and your message.
• When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address.
• Automatically, when you browse: standard server and security logs such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Our site sits behind Cloudflare, which processes this to protect the site and to run the anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on our forms.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, sensitive information such as identification numbers, passwords or payment card details through these forms.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver and manage the services you have asked for.
• To send you our monthly newsletter, if you subscribed. Every issue includes an unsubscribe option.
• To keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and understand and fix technical problems.

We rely on your consent (which you give by submitting a form or subscribing) and on our legitimate interest in running and securing our business. We only use your data for the purposes above.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We do rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare — content delivery, security, and the Turnstile anti-spam check.
• Our hosting and email provider — to host the website and deliver form submissions to our mailbox.
• Google Fonts — to serve the fonts this site uses.

These providers may process data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable standard of protection, as required by the PDPA.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, for the duration of our working relationship and a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Security logs are retained only as long as needed for their purpose.

Your rights under the PDPA

You may ask us to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is inaccurate, or withdraw your consent to our use of it. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide a service you have asked for.

Cookies and analytics

This site keeps cookie use to a minimum and does not run third-party advertising cookies. Our forms use a hidden honeypot field and Cloudflare Turnstile to stop automated spam rather than to track you. If we add website analytics in future, we will update this policy to say what is collected and how you can opt out.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last reviewed" date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
