03 — The honest bit
Who this is for — and where a starter package stops
This offer is built for one kind of business: a new or small Singapore venture getting online for the first time, or replacing a site that never really worked. If you need a credible, mobile-friendly presence with genuine copy — somewhere to send customers, a form they can fill in, a Google listing that leads to a real website — a 5-page website is very often all you need to start.
What it is not is a full custom build, and pretending otherwise would not serve you. A starter package uses a proven, well-made layout and focuses the budget where it matters most for a new business: clear structure, honest copy, and a fast, responsive site you own. A full custom project is a different exercise — bespoke design, unique visual identity, custom functionality, and the discovery work that goes with it.
Starter package vs a full custom build
The simplest way to think about it: the starter package gets you online properly and quickly at a price a new business can justify. A full custom build is what you commission once the business has momentum and the site needs to do more — sell online, integrate systems, or stand out in a crowded category. A new business can begin with a starter site and grow into a larger project later, on the same terms of ownership and honesty. When that day comes, our website design and development service is where it goes.
What's not included
So there are no surprises, the $690 starter package does not include:
- Custom illustration or bespoke graphic design — we use clean, proven layouts, not commissioned artwork or a unique visual identity built from scratch.
- Ecommerce or online stores — product catalogues, carts, payment gateways and stock management are a separate, larger project.
- Ongoing changes or maintenance — the price covers building and handing over your five pages. Regular updates, new content and support can be arranged separately if you want them.
- Complex integrations and custom functionality — booking systems, member logins, CRMs and the like sit outside a starter build.
- Content we can't get from you — we write the copy, but we need your facts, brand assets and approvals to do it well.
None of that is meant to talk you out of it. It is meant to make sure that if you claim the offer, you get exactly what you expected — a properly built five-page website, at a price we are happy to publish, with no fine print doing the real work.
